This time there is a new method for root that is only one click away with a tool. But first, meet the requirements below:
• ADB must be installed on the computer, if not click this TUTORIAL (you can use this method).
• Download MiA1 A10 Tool then extract download here.
• Download also Patched boot.img for my friend who wants root Xiaomi Mi A1. Select the file according to the build of the phone, download here.
• Downloadable flashfire app on Google Play Store.
• Download the zip file SuperSU Root, download here.
Before doing this root process, there are some things you should look out for, such as:
• This process will not remove apappun in the phone.
• Although it has been root, but my friend will still receive updates. However I recommend NOT to update it because it can cause the phone to jam / hank. After all the requirements have been completed and the two things above have my friend read, then follow the steps - the following steps to root Xiaomi Mi A1 with the tool above.
1. Extract the downloaded patched boot file into the image folder in MiA1 Al0 Tool.
2. Open the MiA1 Al0 Tool app.
3. Select root from the menu and follow the instructions.
4. When finished and the phone back on, use flashfire application to flash file SuperSU. The trick is to select the SuperSU file in the flashfire application then open the EverRoot tab and enable the SuperSU inject option then flash.
5. That way it should be my friend's MiA1 phone has been successfully root.
Note: This method has been tested a lot by users of Al Al in the XDA forum and they say if their phone has been successfully diroot.
